Today was Megan’s first visit to EPCOT Center.  We just walked around, but it was a nice night to be out.

We have decided to take Megan out of day care and Tammy will work part-time and stay at home during the day with Megan.  This was a tough decision, but hopefully it will be a positive one.

Today, Mommy, Daddy and Megan went with Chris and Melissa to Kennedy Space Center.  We had a great time.  We saw the new IMAX movie and we went to the Saturn V center.  We always have fun with Melissa and Chris.

Gram, Tiffany and MaMa return to New Orleans.  Both houses were flooded and Scott has begun cleanup.  We are praying for everyone back in New Orleans.

Uncle Scott left to go back to New Orleans and assess the damage to Gram’s and MaMa’s houses.  We’re thinking about him.

To get everyone’s mind off of Katrina, Glenn, Tammy, Tiffany and Scott traveled to Daytona International Speedway with Chris and Melissa to visit Daytona USA and take the tram tour while Megan stayed at home with Gram and MaMa.

Tammy’s family left to go back to Nina’s home in Jackson, MS.

Gram Gwen’s birthday! We had steaks and sang “Happy Birthday” and had cake. It was nice to all be together on her birthday, even though it’s not the ideal situation.

Since both families are staying with us, we decided to go to Walt Disney World for Megan’s first trip. We took some great pictures (see link above), and had a fun time.

Both Tammy and Glenn’s family come down to our home in Ocoee, FL. New Orleans started to flood so neither family can go back to their homes for about a month.
